At Khadmati, we strive to ensure that every client and freelancer has a positive experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we aim to resolve issues fairly. Below is our refund policy:

Our Refund Policy

  1. Money-Back Guarantee:
    We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee after the completion of the order if you are not fully satisfied with the work. If you’re unhappy with the result, we will issue a refund directly to your account balance. This balance can be used for future purchases on the platform.
  2. Refund to Original Bank Account:
    If you would prefer the refund to be issued to your original bank account, please create a support ticket. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days. Refunds to your bank account might take a few extra days, depending on your bank.
  3. Refund Process:
    In general, we process refunds quickly. If you’re unsatisfied with the service, the refund will be made to your account balance. This balance can then be used for future projects or purchases.
  4. Conditions for Refund:
    Refunds will be processed after an inspection of the work, ensuring that the freelancer’s rights are respected. We aim to protect both clients and freelancers equally. Refund requests will only be considered if the issue is related to the quality or delivery of the work.
  5. Non-Refundable Services:
    Some services may not be eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to, services that are non-refundable by default, such as custom work that has already started or projects where specific terms have been agreed upon and both parties have acknowledged. Refund requests for these services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Instant Refund for Order Cancellation:
    If you wish to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, you can do so for an instant refund, provided that the project has not started. This allows you to get your refund quickly if no work has been done yet.
  7. No Refund After Order Completion:
    After the project is completed and you have accepted the work, you can no longer request a refund unless it falls within the 15-day window for a money-back guarantee.
